Tehnologija vina: Stiskanje celega grozdja, fermentacija v inox tankih 2 meseca, zorenje 10 mesecev v 2000 l hrastovih sodih,  filtracija pred stekleničenjem.

Opis vina: srednje globoke zlatorumene barve. Dozorelo, vonj po zrelih hruškah in medu. V  ustih sveže, petrolejast.

Zorenje: popiti zdaj, potencial zorenja

Ujemanje s hrano: suši, ribe na žaru, kozice, ribje jedi s kremasto omako, potrebuševina, nežno vložena zelenjava, zrel kozji sir, tartufi

Wine technology: The grapes are not crashed before pressing, the juice is steel tank fermented, 2 month in steel tank, 9 month in old 2000 l oak barrels filtered before bottling.

Wine description: Mediu deep golden yellow colour. Ripe pear, honey. In the mouth fresh and little petrol.

Maturation: Can drink now, but has potential for ageing

Great with:  Sushi, grilled fish, shrimps, fish dishes with a creamy sauce, fatty cuts like pork belly, lightly pickled veg, a mature goat cheese, truffels

Served at 8 – 10 °C
