Wine technology: The grapes are not crashed before pressing, the juice is steel tank fermented, 2 month in steel tank, 9 month in old 2000 l oak barrels filtered before bottling.
Wine description: Mediu deep golden yellow colour. Ripe pear, honey. In the mouth fresh and little petrol.
Maturation: Can drink now, but has potential for ageing
Great with: Sushi, grilled fish, shrimps, fish dishes with a creamy sauce, fatty cuts like pork belly, lightly pickled veg, a mature goat cheese, truffels
