Wine description: Gently lemon color with golden yellow hues. The bouquet is delicate and varietal – ripe apricot, pear, cinnemon, linden blossom. In the mouth gently, balanced with a little suger.
Maturation: Can drink now, but has potential for ageing
Great with: Grilled fish, shells, Asia food, chicken, pork
Served at 8 – 10 °C
