Opis vina: nežne zlato rumene barve, cvetica je dozorela, vonj vrtnice in lipovega cvetja, kresilnega kamna; svež, mineralen in malo petrolejast.

Zorenje: popiti zdaj, potencial zorenja

Ujemanje s hrano: svinjina, teletina, perutnina, slane sardele, Jedi s črnimi tartufi, azijske jedi, jedi s topinanburjem

Wine technology: The grapes are not crashed before pressing, the juice is steel tank fermented, 2 month in steel tank, 10 month in old 2000 l oak barrels, filtered before bottling.

Wine description: Wine is elegant, rich in matured acids with a strong aroma reminiscent of roses and linden blossoms. It is fresh and lively, with a balanced taste of apricot and peaches. Very mineralic and nice petroleum taste.

Maturation: Can drink now but has potential for ageing

Great with: Recommended with all pork, veal and poultry meals, black truffles and some seafood dishes, Asian dishes

Served at 8 – 10 °C
